Turnip Rock in Winter

This sea stack of layered rock sits just off shore in Lake Huron at the tip of Michigan's thumb. Known locally as Turnip Rock it is only accessible by kayak, or across the ice during winter. The surrounding shoreline is privately owned which makes this a difficult trek in winter, but a fun one.
